We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Develop and implement components and technological assets for BRET MVPs, build full-stack solutions with production-grade standards for controlled production pilots, and document and package reusable assets (modules, containers, functions, and architectures) for transfer and evolution toward enterprise solutions. **Each day, you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for:** * Executing development activities using agile methodologies within BRET cells, meeting delivery objectives. * Analyzing, designing, and building software components and containers ready for release to controlled production pilots. * Implementing full-stack solutions using Java and Python, following quality, security, and maintainability standards. * Using ADK, MCP, and YAML for orchestration/automation and infrastructure-as-code configuration. * Packaging and deploying assets using Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. * Generating comprehensive technical documentation (architecture, deployment, minimal operations, decision records) for knowledge transfer. * Participating in the post-release warranty period (1 month), addressing findings and stabilization. **Requirements:** **Professional Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related fields. **Years of Experience:** Minimum 5 years of software development experience in production environments. **Areas of Expertise:** Full-stack development; containerization; CI/CD; deployments; engineering best practices; agile team collaboration. **Required Knowledge:** * Java and Python; API design and consumption. * ADK, MCP, YAML; automation and orchestration. * Docker, Kubernetes; fundamentals of networking and systems. * Security and compliance best practices in development. * Experience in hybrid environments; preference for exposure to GCP. **Languages:** English (desirable). **Willingness to Travel:** Not required. **Willingness to Relocate:** Not required. **Desirable (nice to have):** * Technical certifications (GCP Associate/Professional, Kubernetes, AI/GenAI). * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, traces) and SRE practices. * Participation in technical communities and/or open-source contributions. * Experience with ML/GenAI frameworks and evaluation patterns (as per initiative). * Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented, with high-quality documentation.
