Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Apigee Developer to support the construction, testing, and maintenance of proxies in Apigee, document developments, and provide basic support under supervision. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the construction, testing, and maintenance of proxies in Apigee, documenting developments, and providing basic support under supervision. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * **Designing and developing API proxies** in Apigee. * Performing **simple message transformations** (JSON/XML). * Documenting APIs using **OpenAPI/Swagger**. * Executing integration tests using Postman or similar tools. * Providing Level 1 support for incidents (basic use of **Trace**, log review). **Requirements:** * Professional degree: Bachelor's/Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **1–2 years** of experience developing integrations/APIs. * Basic knowledge of: + **REST APIs**, HTTP, JSON, XML, SOAP. + API architecture. + Integration and web services. * Familiarity with **API Management** concepts. * Introductory knowledge of: + Postman or other API testing tools. + Git (cloning repositories, creating branches, following merge instructions). * Foundational API security knowledge (tokens, headers, API Keys). * Ability to quickly learn new tools. * Clear communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. * **Analytical and troubleshooting skills** (Trace, logs, correlation, timeouts, retries). * Analytical thinking, orientation toward **quality** and **security**. * Teamwork. * Time management, attention to detail, and mindset of **continuous improvement**. * English: Technical proficiency * Willingness to travel: No * Willingness to relocate: No At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
