**We are a garment manufacturing company present in major retail chains across Mexico.** We are looking for someone with a keen eye for quality and expert hands to correct details in finished garments in Naucalpan. **Your responsibilities:** * Inspection of finished garments (party dresses, children's clothing, and sportswear) to identify stitching, finishing, or presentation defects * Repairs on finished products: zippers, open seams, linings, buttonholes, elastic bands, and similar items * Recording and reporting of recurring defects to provide feedback to the production department * Release of garments once they meet the quality standard **Requirements:** * Experience in sewing and knowledge of finishing techniques for various types of garments * A critical eye to identify defects that must not reach the customer * Basic sewing machine operation skills for minor corrections * Organization, independent judgment, and diligence in reporting—without overlooking anything **What we offer:** * Salary negotiable based on experience * Statutory benefits from day one * On-site work at our facility in Naucalpan, with nearby transportation access * A reputable company serving nationally recognized retail clients If you can distinguish a well-finished garment from one not yet ready for delivery—and if you care deeply about delivering a perfect product—this role is for you.
