We seek a Conventional Lathe Operator with experience in machining mechanical parts, responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and adjusting components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. This position is critical in supporting on-site maintenance and production. **Responsibilities:** * Operating conventional lathes for part machining * Interpreting mechanical drawings and tolerances * Manufacturing shafts, bushings, threads, and special parts * Adjusting and repairing mechanical components * Selecting cutting tools and machining parameters * Measuring and inspecting parts (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Assisting in corrective maintenance tasks * Complying with quality and safety standards **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Machine Tools or equivalent experience * Minimum 2 years of experience as a conventional lathe operator * Knowledge of threading, drilling, and various machining processes * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Proficiency in using measuring instruments * Basic knowledge of materials (steels, bronzes, aluminum, etc.) * Willingness to work on-site **Competencies:** * Precision and attention to detail * Responsibility * Proactivity * Teamwork * Problem-solving **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
