Handling and care of materials and products A reputable company specializing in the manufacture of polyethylene bags is seeking a BAG-MAKING OPERATOR due to business growth. **Primary Responsibilities:** 1\. Adjust bag-making machines and equipment in the bag-making area, including settings for dimensions, temperatures, sealing, speed, etc. 2\. Identify raw materials used in roll production. 3\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. 4\. Ensure productivity—both quantity and quality—of bags, rolls, sheets, and other products manufactured in the area. 5\. Properly handle and care for manufactured products and ensure their timely delivery to the warehouse. 6\. Properly handle and care for incoming rolls from extrusion, printing, and subcontracting processes. 7\. Carefully pack, palletize, and place manufactured products in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and accurate data entry into designated forms. 8\. Manufacture products with diligence, meeting required quantities and quality standards per machine and product type; identify and reject materials clearly outside specifications—e.g., poor print quality, dirt, tears, carbon contamination, or misprinting. 9\. Package food-grade products using double packaging and handle them carefully to prevent contamination. 10\. Produce strictly in accordance with Production Orders (POs) and all applicable manufacturing specifications, quality standards, and process parameters. 11\.
