Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate production operations, perform machinery maintenance, and ensure compliance with objectives and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of operational staff in production 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery 3. Monitoring of KPIs and establishment of daily/weekly objectives **Requirements.** * Proficiency in **SAE** and **PROD (preferably)** systems * Proven experience in operation and maintenance of production machinery **Key Duties** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities in the production area * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery * Control and record **machine hour counts** * Supervise staff **productive hours** * Report and follow up on production and maintenance incidents * Monitor and analyze departmental **KPIs** * Establish and follow up on team **daily and weekly objectives** * Open and close **production orders (PO)** * Control returns or losses * Strictly apply internal regulations and safety guidelines * Implement necessary corrective actions for continuous improvement of operational results * Train staff * Comply with safety and quality standards and policies **We Offer:** · Job stability · Statutory benefits · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, half-day **WORK LOCATION:** Atizapán de Zaragoza \- near warehouses Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
