Forum Naucalpan, State of Mexico Industry: Restaurant chain / sports bar **Job Description** A major restaurant chain is currently looking for an Administrative Analyst to join its operational and administrative department. We seek an analytical, organized individual with experience in administrative auditing and operational control of branches. **Main Responsibilities** * Auditing of operations and administrative processes in business units * Validation and control of cash register closings * Review of invoicing and administrative records * Control of branch expenses (cash and bank transfers) * Validation of order tickets and system records * Follow-up on administrative and operational incidents * Support in supervising internal processes **Requirements** * Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative areas, operational auditing, or cash control in restaurants (mandatory).** * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and Microsoft Office * Restaurant, retail, or business unit experience preferred * Willingness to travel to branches * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs / Corporate office. * Occasional availability to cover shifts at business units **We Offer** * Salary: $13,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Transportation allowance * Per diems * Job stability * Career growth opportunity If you meet the profile, apply through this channel
