You are invited to join our team! **Requirements:** Education: Public Accounting, Accounting, or related degree (completed) **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting department of a commercial, retail, distribution, or multi-branch chain company. Experience working with ERP systems or Contpaqi. Ability to handle a high volume of accounting transactions, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable to suppliers. **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** Recording of income, expense, and journal entries derived from company operations. Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and integration of accounts payable to suppliers. Validation and recording of supplier credit notes (early payment discounts, returns, and commercial rebates) in accordance with CAF policy. Cleaning of accounting accounts, support for monthly closing, and integration of financial reports. Reconciling accounting information against the operational POS system. Providing timely support to external tax firms by delivering required information. **Knowledge Requirements:** Contpaqi accounting software (mandatory) Office suite proficiency, intermediate-to-advanced Excel Familiarity with retail POS or ERP systems (desirable) **Skills:** Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
