The position works in coordination with the maintenance supervisor, sharing certain operational tasks, without requiring specialized technical knowledge. Main Responsibilities Security and protection of facilities. Access control to the property (recording entries and exits). Opening and closing the property according to scheduled hours. Monitoring CCTV cameras and general supervision of the property. Timely reporting of operational, security, or maintenance incidents. Maintaining common areas, offices, and private spaces in good condition. Assisting with cleaning and basic facility maintenance. Assisting with minor repairs. Assisting with basic plumbing and electrical work (desirable but not mandatory). Providing general support to the operational team and users. Requirements Minimum education: Completed junior high school. Desirable experience as a general assistant, concierge, or similar role (not mandatory). Basic maintenance knowledge. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and honesty. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
