You will be responsible for executing operational activities on liquid, powder, or soap production lines, ensuring adherence to the Production Plan under the highest standards of **Quality (GMP)** and **Safety**. Your Responsibilities * **Process Support:** Assist with weighing and loading raw materials, as well as primary and secondary packaging activities. * **Equipment Operation:** Operate and ensure cleaning of basic production equipment and mobility tools such as hydraulic and/or electric pallet jacks. * **Packaging and Control:** Perform manual stacking, stretch-wrapping, and verification of product fill-level controls. * **Area Maintenance:** Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in work areas and execute equipment sanitization protocols. * **Safety Culture:** Participate in performance dialogues, report unsafe conditions, and ensure proper waste segregation. What Do You Need to Succeed? (Requirements) * **Education:** Completed high school or equivalent. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in production environments (food, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or related industries). * **Skills:** Ability to follow instructions, safety protocols, and strict quality procedures. Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications) * Experience with format changeovers on production lines. * Forklift operation. Working Conditions * **Location:** Ecatepec, State of Mexico. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with availability for **rotating shifts**. * **Saturdays:** Exclusively for overtime, if required. * **Duration:** Project-based or fixed-term contract (4 months).
