Job Summary: We are seeking an active undergraduate student to join our team, coordinating imports, updating systems, and managing documentation to ensure shipment traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Our teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. ### **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Coordinating and tracking imports from low-volume countries. * Updating Power BI for shipment traceability and tracking. * Reviewing import documentation (“Pedimentos”). * Preparing import documentation and tracking shipments. * Processing purchase orders in SAP. * Tracking material fulfillment deliveries. * Updating and managing data in Salesforce. * Conducting calls with distributors to track Power BI updates. * Updating shipment status in Excel. ### **In this role, you’ll need…** * Intermediate Excel skills * Basic English proficiency * **Active undergraduate student with at least one year remaining to complete your degree (International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field)** **Does this sound like a great opportunity?** Great!
