By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** With employee well-being as our top priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Life insurance. * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Will Your Contribution to the Team Be?** * Support validation and documentation of engineering requirements for test aircraft, option configurations, and program-mandated configurations. * Based on engineering documentation, support requests for modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams. * Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity per design requirements. * Design methodologies to ensure design requirements are met during product planning. * Analyze and identify changes needed in engineering documentation; coordinate and generate Change Request (CR) documentation. * Identify non-value-adding operations and propose optimization solutions for the production line. * Monitor and timely report progress on assigned projects, identifying risks and solutions for on-time delivery. * Provide support in investigations and problem resolution related to design and manufacturing. ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role? Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** * You are a university student in Engineering, with at least 12 months remaining to complete your professional degree. * You are pursuing a degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * You possess an English proficiency level sufficient for basic communication. * You have experience reading and interpreting metal-mechanical and composite manufacturing and assembly drawings. * You have knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, or another mechanical design software (2D, CAD/CAM). * You are proficient in office productivity software, Power BI, ERP (SAP), and programming (desirable). * You have knowledge of continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process improvement. * You are available to work onsite for at least 6 hours daily.
