Job Summary: Perform installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and fault diagnosis on medical equipment to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform installation and maintenance of medical equipment. 2. Diagnose and repair faults in medical instrumentation. A company specializing in medical instrumentation invites you to join its team as: **Medical Equipment Service Technician** Requirements: * Education: Completed technical degree or completed engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields * Availability to travel and work on holidays and weekends occasionally * Basic English proficiency * Valid Class A driver's license (mandatory) * Ability to drive a standard vehicle on highways (mandatory) Experience and Knowledge: * Technical service tools * Basic knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and/or mechanics * Proficiency with electronic toolkits Objective: To perform installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and fault diagnosis on the various medical equipment distributed and sold by the company—timely, correctly, and to the highest quality standards—to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Perform equipment installations assigned to the service department * Conduct preventive maintenance tasks assigned to the service department * Submit service documentation according to guidelines established by management and the department’s administrative area, ensuring reliable archival records for company support * Timely request per diem allowances using the form provided by the accounting department to cover necessary expenses for assigned service tasks * Promptly confirm completion using the corresponding form to close the process established by the accounting department * Provide requested technical information to the service department’s administrative area in a timely manner to support quotations and proposals for medical equipment maintenance service contracts * Perform all other duties inherent to the position as assigned We Offer: * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS enrollment * Direct employment contract with the company * Savings fund * 50% vacation bonus * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Annual bonus Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Location: Los Reyes, Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico (very close to Coca-Cola) Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
