




Job Summary: This field role involves collecting food, surface, and water samples at establishments, assisting the sampling technician. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork for sample collection. 2. No prior sampling experience required. 3. Requires good physical condition and organizational skills. Sampling personnel are responsible for collecting food, living surface, inert surface, environmental, tap water, swimming pool water, cistern water, and seawater samples at various companies served by the Laboratory. The sampling assistant supports the sampling technician in collecting the various samples required for the service requested by the establishment. **The nature of this work is field-based.** Requirements: \- Completed high school diploma, currently enrolled student, or technical degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or food science. \- Experience (not mandatory) in food sampling, seawater sampling, drinking water sampling in general, or wastewater/supply water sampling. \- **Good physical condition and sound health. (Equipment for sample collection and transportation must be carried to the establishment)** \- Ability to collect samples from hard-to-reach locations.
