Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Job Objective** Address the documentation management needs and requirements of departments to ensure compliance with established guidelines and maintain reliable information across various business units.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Conduct activities associated with the Quality System under a code of compliance with GMP. * Review and process document change requests within applicable systems. * Perform personnel structure updates in the system. Experience Pharmaceutical Industry (1 year) Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM\-059\) (Desirable) Knowledge * Regulatory compliance, document management systems (PNO's) * Proficiency in document control software. (Desirable) Education Bachelor’s degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical-Biological Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.**Complementary Profile** * Desirable knowledge of: + Pharmacopoeias and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines for pharmaceutical products + NOM\-012\-ZOO, NOM\-022\-ZOO, ISO\-17025: 2005, ISO 9001:2015, NOM\-073, NOM\-059 + Qualtrax System + ERP Systems (SAP, DMS module) + Basic Excel (databases).
