Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in the automotive industry to design, implement, and maintain quality management systems, supervise audits, and coordinate teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality management system design and implementation 2. Internal and external audit supervision 3. Multidisciplinary team coordination for problem resolution Requirements: \-Academic background: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field \-Experience: 1\-3 years in quality process administration within the automotive industry Responsibilities: \-Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems \-Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations \-Analyze quality indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement \-Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for quality problem resolution \-Manage technical documentation and standardized procedures \-Train staff on quality policies and tools \-Ensure customer satisfaction through robust and reliable processes We Offer: \-Base salary of 15,000 \+ bonuses \-Statutory benefits \-Ongoing training \-Growth opportunities Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
