Ensures production quality and control A prominent company in the sector is currently seeking a "Production Manager" (plastic industry) Responsibilities 1\. Communicate appropriate procedures to ensure correct implementation. 2\. Identify opportunities for improvement in procedures and forms. 3\. Coordinate operational staff: vacations, schedules, shift swaps, hiring and termination. 4\. Plan and manage weekly and monthly production. 5\. Halt machinery due to insufficient production, maintenance requirements, or quality issues. 6\. Request raw materials. 7\. Operate Aspel PROD® system. 8\. Request inventories of raw materials (RM), intermediate materials (IM), and finished products (FP). 9\. Assign tasks to plant supervisors and their team members. 10\. Compile weekly and monthly production reports. 11\. Review, verify, and validate non-conforming products identified during the process and reported by the Quality department. 12\. Follow up on all non-conformities and deviations affecting the area. 13\. Notify the Maintenance Manager of scheduled machine stoppages due to insufficient production. 14\. Update technical data sheets for materials and products, as well as quality certificates. 15\. Identify the need for modifications to the Integrated Management System (IMS). 16\. Regarding audits, participate as the audited party during audit execution, and implement and propose actions derived from audit results. 17\. Participate in the monthly inventory and prepare the corresponding report. 18\. Identify training needs. 19\. Document control. 20\. Certify GMP and SOP in relevant areas. 21\.
