Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine and non-routine sample analyses according to Group procedures and inspection plans for raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, environmental samples, etc. * Carry out verification, calibration and monitoring of equipment according to established control plans, thereby ensuring proper equipment functionality, which contributes to issuing reliable results. * Analyze analytical performance samples according to the Group calendar and the scheme required by the laboratory manager to ensure reliability of issued results. * Participate in factory improvement projects through process\-laboratory interaction, thus promoting development of technical competencies for this position. * Train and provide support to factory personnel on specific topics related to the laboratory engineer’s area of expertise, aiming to enhance their technical competency and that of other team members. * Conduct sampling of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and environment when required, contributing to providing a technical assessment of findings identified during the activity. * Participate in traceability exercises and audit processes, which contribute to the quality management system. Who Are We Looking For? * Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in microbiological analysis within the food industry. * Solid knowledge of PCR and ELISA methods. * Intermediate English. * Basic SAP knowledge. * Availability for shift rotation. * Competencies: Strategic Mindset, Change Management and Leading Innovation.
