Information Technology \- Systems Technical Support 3 hours ago 2 Years of Experience ### **Description** At Totum Talent, we are seeking an IT Analyst for a mining company located in Torreón, Coahuila. **Objective**: Provide technical support and monitor the company’s systems, equipment, and technological tools to ensure daily operation and support administrative and operational areas in the efficient use of technology. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support for systems and software used by the company. * Maintain computers, cameras, GPS devices, networks, and other technological tools in good working condition. * Support information security, backups, and access control. * Monitor production systems and assist in generating reports. * Provide support for Microsip usage to procurement, warehouse, logistics, and administration departments. * Support inventory control using technological tools such as RFID or other systems. * Monitor GPS, cameras, trucks, and heavy machinery, reporting failures or incidents. * Support tracking diesel consumption and other operational indicators. * Address system, equipment, or connectivity failures to maintain continuous operations. * Coordinate with external vendors when specialized support is required. * Propose simple improvements to enhance the efficiency of technology use in operations. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field (graduated) * English (desirable) **Required Experience:** * Experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial, mining, or logistics environments. * Experience in implementation and integration of technological systems. **Technical Knowledge:** * IT infrastructure (networks, servers, hardware) * Cybersecurity * ERP systems (Microsip) * GPS and telemetry monitoring * RFID and inventory control
