Manage maintenance operations. Supervises and coordinates preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of machinery to ensure equipment availability and reliability, guaranteeing operational continuity of production lines by utilizing systems, TPM plans, and specialized technical resources, thereby reducing unplanned downtime and improving OEE. 30% B. Lead and develop the technical team. Directs, trains, and evaluates assigned technical personnel to build high-performing teams, ensuring efficient and safe execution of maintenance activities through training plans, performance evaluations, and active leadership, strengthening technical competence and team commitment. 20% C. Plan maintenance strategies. Develops annual maintenance plans and programs based on failure downtime analysis and repair downtime analysis (MTBF, MTTR) and equipment criticality to optimize resources and minimize failures, using KPIs, maintenance software, and data analysis to achieve PM compliance and backlog control. 20% D. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Guarantees compliance with safety standards, LOTO, working-at-height procedures, and environmental regulations to prevent risks and accidents, maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment through audits, training, and standardized procedures, reducing incidents and regulatory deviations. 15% E. Drive continuous improvement. Implements Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 5S methodologies to optimize maintenance processes, increasing reliability and operational efficiency through Kaizen projects and root cause analysis, generating cost savings and sustained performance improvement. 10% F. Manage budget.
