Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Surgical Instrumentation Nurse with expertise in arthroscopy, joint replacement, and osteosynthesis to assist in surgeries and manage surgical instruments. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in high-specialty surgeries 2. Direct assistance to physicians in the operating room 3. Ongoing training SURGICAL INSTRUMENTATION NURSE FOR ARTHROSCOPY, JOINT REPLACEMENT, AND OSTEOSYNTHESIS EDUCATION: Surgical Nurse or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Requirements: Availability of time and ability to commute within the metropolitan area One year of experience in surgical preparation and knowledge of arthroscopy, osteosynthesis, and joint replacement Responsibilities: * Operation of equipment for arthroscopic surgery * Instrumentation during surgeries and assistance to physicians * Sterilization of materials and compliance with each hospital’s processes and procedures * Preparation of all required instruments and materials for surgery, verifying completeness prior to surgery commencement * Assembly and delivery of medical equipment according to specified requirements * Completion of inventory intake and outgoing material forms * Collection of quality survey feedback WE OFFER: * Base salary plus per-surgery payment starting at $1,800 per procedure. * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
