Development of initiatives to improve equipment performance **Description:** ---------------- **Job Description:** We are looking for an Industrial Electromechanical Technician to join our team in the food industry. **Requirements:** 2–5 years of experience in the industrial sector. Education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Skills in teamwork, communication, and problem analysis. Availability to work rotating eight-hour shifts, six days per week, with one day off. **Technical Knowledge:** Preventive \- corrective maintenance Industrial electricity (motors, knowledge of MCC panels, substations, and emergency power plants) Medium- and low-voltage electrical installations Electrical fault diagnosis, use of measurement equipment; ammeter Industrial mechanics (gear reducers, transmissions, pumps) Pneumatic systems Root cause analysis SAP usage (work orders) Knowledge of cooling towers, boilers, water pumps, air compressors, and wastewater treatment plants **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. * Maintain equipment in optimal operating condition. * Respond to production requests related to equipment shutdowns. * Analyze failures and propose effective solutions. * Record and close time spent on daily activities. * Propose initiatives to improve equipment performance. * Use equipment appropriately and comply with maintenance instructions and procedures. **Required Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution, * Teamwork, results-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency, proactivity * Effective communication * Organization * Attention to detail * Adaptability **Benefits:** Above statutory requirements **Perks:** Grocery vouchers Life insurance Medical services Etc. **Requirements:** --------------- Industrial sector experience
