Analytical skills, personnel management, and proactivity Customer Service Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: Education: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. Excellent personal presentation 2–3 years of experience in the logistics/pharmaceutical sector and 3–5 years as Supervisor/Coordinator. Preferably reside in the Toluca Valley or surrounding areas. OBJECTIVE: Understand, analyze, plan, prevent, and expedite commercial partners’ (customers’) requirements by applying supervisory strategies to area processes and objectives. Responsibilities: · Supervise the SC team to generate orders and track them. · Prepare and print necessary reports for warehouse operations. · Promptly inform customers of any incidents related to their products occurring during warehouse operations. · Identify and report to the Manager any non-compliance with operational procedures and standards. · Collaborate in training and coaching activities for coworkers. · Knowledge of the WMS system (essential). · Interact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues. · Verify proper staff training within the area and monitor performance.
