Job Summary: Performs steel component assembly processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of public lighting poles. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in the metal-mechanical sector. **Mission:** Execute steel component assembly processes according to technical specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of public lighting poles and luminaires. (Metal-Mechanical Industry) * Age: 22–45 years * **Education:** Secondary school / High school * **Experience:** Basic use of hand tools and machinery; application of micro-wire welding; reading of blueprints * **Work location:** Southern Puebla **Responsibilities:** * Perform steel component assembly processes according to blueprints and established procedures. * Apply component joining methods—including welding and other fastening systems—according to specifications. * Load and transport metallic components to different areas to ensure process continuity. * Ensure product traceability through monitoring and completion of production documentation. * Participate in training and updates on quality systems and procedure compliance. * Perform autonomous maintenance on machinery and equipment. * Read workshop blueprints for product manufacturing. * Train and delegate tasks to assigned support staff to ensure process quality. * Continuously verify dimensions and alignment of assembled parts to ensure compliance with product specifications. **Skills and Competencies:** * Good interpersonal skills * Teamwork * Effective communication * Tolerance * Dynamic attitude * Proactive approach * Good physical condition for handling materials and working standing up * Blueprint interpretation * Knowledge of machinery operation * Basic knowledge of welding processes and assembly techniques * Knowledge and operation of SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) process (desirable) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
