Opportunity for growth and career advancement within the company. **MUTUUS, Smart Health is seeking a Control Desk Analyst in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **MUTUUS MEXICO, LEADER IN SMART MEDICAL INSURANCE, IS SEEKING:** **UNDERWRITING EXECUTIVE** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Completed or incomplete degree. * Experience: more than 2 years in **insurance underwriting**, operations, or structured administrative processes. * Experience handling high-volume applications and pipeline management. * Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate\-advanced). * Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., SAP, CRM). * Understanding of policies, coverage periods, premiums, and documentation. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Extreme attention to detail * Structured and analytical thinking * Sense of urgency * Ownership (takes full responsibility for the process) * Clear and assertive communication * Mindset of continuous improvement **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure efficient, scalable, and frictionless underwriting operations, guaranteeing accurate activation of policies/memberships (new, renewals, and cancellations) * Validate, manage, and issue policy/membership applications. * Ensure data integrity (customer information, terms, documentation). * Provide end\-to\-end tracking of the underwriting pipeline. * Manage incidents, rejections, and reprocessing with a solution-oriented approach. * Standardization \& continuous improvement * Meet response time targets and minimize operational errors. * Ensure 100% of applications are processed according to departmental quality standards. * Challenge existing processes. * Evolve toward comprehensive management of the underwriting area (team, KPIs, and continuous improvement). **WE OFFER** * Base salary between $15,000 and $18,000 net, based on experience. * Quarterly bonus * Statutory benefits. * Training. * Career path and growth opportunities within the company. * Direct employment contract with the company. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES** Please submit your CV through this channel; you will be contacted shortly.
