We are part of the Salesian work, promoting human and Christian values to transform lives.** **Position Objective** Ensure proper control, recording, and fulfillment of the institution’s accounting, tax, and financial obligations, guaranteeing transparency, administrative order, and alignment with Salesian values. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree completed) * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in general accounting * Knowledge of tax obligations for legal entities * Proficiency in CONTPAQi accounting software * Experience in payroll and social security administration * Prior experience in educational institutions or non-profit organizations is desirable * Excellent professional appearance * Residency in the local area (preferred) **Competencies and Skills** * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics * Orderliness, organization, and attention to detail * Confidentiality in handling information * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Teamwork * Social sensitivity and commitment to the institutional mission * Adaptability and resilience **Desired Values** * Spirit of service * Empathy toward children, adolescents, and youth * Commitment to education and holistic formation * Living out human and Christian values **Main Responsibilities** * Recording and controlling accounting transactions in the system (CONTPAQi) * Payroll preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado) * Tax calculation and filing (SAT) * Management of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other tax payments * Control of income, expenses, and cash flow * Bank reconciliations * Follow-up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable/payable * Preparation of financial statements * Organization and safekeeping of accounting documentation * Support during internal and external audits. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm * Salary: MXN 14,000\.00, tax-free. **Benefits** * Social Security (IMSS) * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Paid vacation as stipulated by law * Vacation premium * INFONAVIT housing fund **Additional Benefits:** * Job stability within a socially meaningful institution * Human and formative work environment (Salesian approach) * Continuous training opportunities * Fixed schedule (with possible flexibility based on needs) * Meal support (cafeteria) * Institutional mentoring and personal development support.
