DE C.V. is seeking a QUALITY ANALYST (TEMPORARY COVERAGE) in Centro \- Altamira, Tamaulipas** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At Maseca, a leader in the manufacturing and consumer goods industry, we are looking for talent to join our team as: **Quality Analyst (Temporary Coverage)** for 6 months at the Maseca plant in Altamira, Tamaulipas. ### **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with quality standards across production processes. * Conduct sampling, analysis, and quality control reporting according to internal procedures. * Maintain continuity of Quality, SQF, and AIB programs to ensure product safety. * Collaborate with other teams to resolve non-conformities and follow up on audits. * Perform tortilla production tests on finished products to ensure final product quality. ### **Requirements:** * Completed university degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Food Science (mandatory) * Prior experience in quality control or related roles within manufacturing, preferably in food consumer goods. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and analyze data. * Availability to work onsite and rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, night) in Altamira, Tamaulipas. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of $19,700 MXN. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements from day one. * Collaborative work environment and opportunities for continuous learning.
