This role is ideal for a responsible, loyal, organized, and upbeat individual who enjoys teamwork, communicates effectively, and understands that in a creative agency, it’s not just about having great ideas — it’s about making things happen. What do we need? A candidate with at least **1 year of experience coordinating creative teams, projects, or processes**. Someone able to collaborate closely with community managers, designers, videographers, creative direction, and the commercial team to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and meet our agency’s quality standards. We’re not looking for someone who simply asks, “How’s it going?” We want someone who provides real follow-up, identifies blockers, proposes solutions, and helps the team work more effectively. Main Responsibilities Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deadlines per client account. Conduct daily follow-up on content calendars, reels, campaigns, reports, and pending items. Organize workflow among community managers, design, and video teams. Review deliverables before sending to clients: spelling, formatting, brief alignment, coherence, and overall quality. Update calendars, dashboards, and tasks in internal tools such as Bitrix, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar. Identify delays, questions, or blockers and assist in resolving them. Track requested changes, feedback, or adjustments from clients. Verify that leads, reports, and materials are complete and up to date. Report progress, pending items, and key topics to management. Support organization of meetings, brainstorming sessions, recordings, and month-end closures. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating creative teams, projects, or processes. Experience in a marketing, advertising, content, or communications agency — preferred. General knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Proficiency with organizational and tracking tools. Google Workspace: Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar. Familiarity with Bitrix or similar tools — preferred. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads — preferred.
