Inventory management and shrinkage control Responsible for managing, planning, and executing necessary actions to ensure compliance with company-established standards and thereby guarantee achievement of sales objectives, inventory management, and team leadership through ensuring proper operational execution, excellent customer service, and development of talent among all direct reports. * Provide continuous training to staff to ensure excellent service. * Ensure understanding of operational processes, as well as appropriate development of replacement charts. * Review and monitor daily the established KPIs to ensure objective achievement via DIY and Commercial Sales, HUB, Store Execution, Shrinkage Control, Accident Reduction, and Customer Satisfaction indicators. * Establish work plans and coordinate their execution according to business plans and available resources. * Manage efficient inventory administration by establishing preventive plans focused on shrinkage control to maintain inventory levels aligned with sales volume. * Supervise correct implementation of operational policies and procedures (Inventory Administration, Returns, Cash Registers, Staff Entry/Exit) to increase sales, prevent company losses, prevent accidents, and deliver excellent and satisfying customer service. * Make decisions in exceptional situations (customer service, returns, loss prevention investigations) to satisfy customers and protect company assets. * Completed degree * Prior experience as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor for 1 year (internal candidate) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanners * Willingness to relocate * Availability to work Monday through Sunday **Skills** * Organization * Planning * Analysis * Business acumen * Decision making * Working under pressure * Results orientation * Sense of urgency * Effective communication * Teamwork * Adaptability to change AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
