Main responsibilities: - Conduct daily live streams (lives) for 4 to 8 hours according to a fixed schedule. - Interact with the audience in real time: answer questions, read comments, and maintain smooth, positive conversations. - Create dynamic and original content during live broadcasts: discussions, games, challenges, interviews, or special events aligned with the project’s theme. - Collaborate with the team to prepare scripts, outlines, and ideas for future broadcasts. - Analyze basic audience metrics (viewer count, retention, interactions) and propose improvements to increase engagement. Required skills: - Native or fluent Spanish (essential for the Mexican audience). - Excellent oral communication skills: clear diction, pleasant tone of voice, and speaking fluency. - Comfort in front of the camera—no stage fright, ability to improvise. - Extroverted, creative, and resilient attitude—handle diverse or critical live comments professionally. - Flexible availability (afternoons, evenings, weekends). - Intermediate English (B2)—valued but not mandatory.
