Strengthening of training, standardization, and continuous improvement **Industrial Designer – Process Documentation** At **Casa Parota**, we specialize in the design and manufacturing of high-end furniture in solid wood and upholstery. We are seeking an **Industrial Designer** with technical focus and visual communication skills to document and systematize production processes across various departments—initially Upholstery and Carpentry—model by model. This role will be critical to strengthening our training, standardization, and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design (recent graduate or final semesters). * Interest in production processes, materials, and technical documentation. * Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.) and office software (Word, Excel). * Strong observational, analytical, and synthesis abilities. * Excellent writing and visual communication skills. * Preferred: Experience in process documentation or fieldwork in a production plant. **Responsibilities** * Observe, analyze, and record operational processes in the upholstery and carpentry departments initially. * Document processes by product type and specific model. * Create clear, well-structured visual technical sheets and operation manuals. * Support basic time measurement and task-based time analysis. * Develop visual training materials for internal use: diagrams, illustrated instructions, checklists. * Collaborate with operational staff and validate processes with supervisors. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break). * **Contract Type:** Full-time. * **Work Mode:** On-site at the production facility. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Experience: * Production: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
