Communication and follow-up with customers and internal departments VACANCY: OUT-OF-TOWN DELIVERY DRIVER Base: Mérida, Yucatán A veterinary company is currently seeking an Out-of-Town Delivery Driver to join its team. Job Objective Deliver and distribute veterinary products, ensuring proper handling of goods, adherence to assigned routes, and appropriate service to customers and branches. Main Responsibilities * Perform deliveries and distribution of products on out-of-town routes * Load and unload goods for delivery * Verify that orders and products match invoices and delivery orders * Inspect product condition and ensure correct delivery * Follow up and confirm deliveries with customers and internal departments * Maintain communication with warehouse, branches, and sales team during routes * Support operational activities related to warehouse operations and goods arrangement * Conduct daily inspection of the assigned vehicle's overall condition * Report required maintenance, incidents, or mechanical failures of the vehicle * Ensure proper safeguarding and handling of goods during transit Requirements * Minimum education: High school diploma * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating 3.5-ton vehicles * Valid driver’s license mandatory * Willingness to travel * Familiarity with out-of-town routes across the Yucatán Peninsula Travel destinations include: * Campeche * Ciudad del Carmen * Chetumal Competencies * Organization * Teamwork * Process adherence * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency We Offer * Monthly salary: $12,000 net * Monthly food vouchers: $2,500 * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payment Schedule: Monday to Friday * Flexible schedule required; availability for out-of-town trips essential.
