Job Description and Activity Details 1\) Last Mile (Transportation and Delivery) * Plan and execute delivery routes jointly with your supervisor, considering delivery time windows, order priority, access restrictions, and traffic conditions. * Verify before departure: documentation, quantities, product condition, packaging/stowing, and cargo securing. * Safely load, secure, and unload goods (tie-downs, weight distribution, product protection). * Deliver to customers with complete POD (Proof of Delivery): signature/name, stamp, time, photographs, and relevant observations. * Manage on-site incidents (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, rejection, shortage, damage, delay), documenting root cause, evidence, and timely escalation. * Execute returns/RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization): collection, documentation, segregation, and controlled return to the CEDIS. * Maintain professional communication with customers and your supervisor to confirm status, rescheduling, and authorized operational agreements. 2\) CEDIS Support (when not on route or during operational peaks) * Assist in picking, validating accuracy per SKU/batch/quantity as requested. * Assist in packing and order preparation, ensuring identification/labeling and transport protection. * Assist in goods receiving: physical count vs. documents, condition inspection, segregation of non-conforming items, and immediate notification. * Participate in cyclic counts (Cycle Count) and/or physical inventories as scheduled. * Operate **forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks** for safe movement of goods within the CEDIS, including loading, unloading, stacking, and inventory repositioning. * Verify the **operational status of equipment** (forklifts and pallet jacks) prior to use and report any anomalies or unsafe conditions. Experience and Requirements * Technical degree * 1\-3 years as an Operational Driver * 1\-2 years in warehouse activities * Mandatory experience operating forklifts (sit-down type) and hydraulic pallet jacks * Forklift certification preferred * Valid driver’s license (MANDATORY) * SAP or other ERP experience preferred * Handheld/scanner experience preferred **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Safe operation of **delivery vehicles** (light truck, van, or pickup).
