Performance analysis and construction schedule development **Unit Price Analyst** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analysis, calculation, creation, and control of unit prices and their corresponding price cards * Management of escalation clauses * Market research * Performance analysis (equipment, labor, materials, and execution time) * Use of software including: Neodata, AutoCAD, advanced Excel, etc. * Development of construction schedules REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum verifiable experience of 1\-2 years * Experience in construction project management * Knowledge of construction regulations and processes PROFILE: * Effective communication * Proactivity * Teamwork * Analytical thinking * Organization Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: $15,500\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
