Job Summary: Abrasive machining specialist responsible for removing material and achieving high-precision finishes on metal parts using grinding machines to ensure micrometer-level tolerances. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of cylindrical, surface, internal, or CNC grinders. 2. Use of high-precision measuring instruments for geometric tolerances. 3. Selection of grinding wheels, workpiece clamping, and cutting parameter setup. Specialized in abrasive machining, tasked with material removal and achieving high-precision finishes on metal parts (e.g., engines, cylinders, flat surfaces) using grinding machines. Ensures micrometer-level tolerances, thereby improving fit and performance of industrial or automotive components. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Machine Operation:** Operation of cylindrical, surface, internal, or CNC grinders. * **Measurement and Precision:** Use of measuring instruments to achieve high-precision surface finishes and strict geometric tolerances. * **Setup and Preparation:** Selection of abrasive wheels, workpiece clamping, and configuration of cutting speeds and feed rates. * **Maintenance:** Performing first-level maintenance on machines and equipment.
