We are pleased to invite you to participate in a selection process for the position of **Maintenance Technician**. **Job Objective:** Support and execute **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** activities on production machinery and equipment, ensuring **operational availability**, production continuity, and compliance with **safety, quality, and environmental standards**, thereby contributing to reduced failures and unplanned downtime. **Requirements:** * Technician or TSU (Upper Secondary Technical Degree) in Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or related field. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferred). * Collaborative work ethic, strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, and analytical ability. **Technical Knowledge:** * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of PLCs (SIEMENS, FANUC, or others). * Operation of CNC machinery, automated equipment, and assembly, machining, and injection lines. * Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams and technical manuals. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical failures. * Provide technical support to machining, assembly, and injection equipment. * Support identification and analysis of recurring failures to reduce MTTR and improve MTBF. * Document maintenance activities and close work orders in the system. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Collaborate with production, quality, and continuous improvement departments.
