Coordinates with carriers and monitors final product delivery. **POSITION DETAILS** **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate outbound logistics to ensure products reach customers correctly. **FUNCTIONS:** Include auditing shipments, documenting shipments (waybills, invoices), coordinating carriers, and tracking deliveries—critical to the supply chain to prevent delays. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Documentation Management:** Prepare shipping manifests, delivery notes, and cargo manifests in SAP or WMS systems. * **Audit and Control:** Verify physical product matches the invoice and ensure correct packaging/labeling. * **Logistics and Routing:** Coordinate carrier pickups and monitor final delivery. * **Reporting and KPIs:** Track metrics such as on-time delivery (OTD) and load compliance. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** High school diploma or technical/bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Typically 1\-2 years in logistics, warehouse, or traffic departments. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP).
