Implementation of statistical techniques and problem-solving An automotive sector company is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide solutions in business processes, engineering changes, and projects; organizing and leading assigned personnel to meet customer requirements. Requirements: \* Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineer \* Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing sector \* Advanced knowledge of CNC programming (mandatory) \* Experience in commissioning machining lines and CAPEX management \* Process and program management and tracking (checklists, handover to production, tooling implementation, engineering changes) \* Knowledge and application of FMEA and Control Plans \* Develop and implement production process and machinery improvements using statistical techniques and problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys). \* Knowledge of SolidWorks and GD\&T (preferred) \* Familiarity with quality management systems standards (IATF), environmental management (EMS), ISO 14001, occupational health and safety management (OHSMS), ISO 45001 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $38,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
