Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Site Safety Officer to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on the project, prevent risks, and foster a safety culture. Coordination of training sessions and follow-up of the Safety Plan **Job Description:** We are looking for a committed and proactive Site Safety Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the project, preventing risks, and promoting a safety culture among all personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise enforcement of on-site safety measures. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct regular field inspection rounds. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, implementing preventive actions. * Prepare inspection reports, incident reports, and safety logs. * Coordinate and document safety-related training sessions. * Participate in implementation and follow-up of the Safety and Hygiene Plan. * Supervise high-risk activities (working at heights, electrical work, confined spaces, etc.). * Ensure compliance with official regulations (STPS / NOMs). **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Safety Officer or in industrial safety. * Knowledge of STPS regulations. * Experience preparing reports and logs. * Ability to coordinate training sessions and field inspections. * Availability to work on-site and conduct regular inspection rounds. **Competencies:** * Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude * Effective communication * Teamwork * Risk prevention focus ***We Offer:*** * ***Competitive salary (based on experience)*** * ***Statutory benefits*** * **Job stability** Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
