We are looking for a: Junior Functional Tester **Work Mode:** Hybrid / Remote, depending on the project **Required Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Testing **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Engineering, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand and adapt to the workflow process according to the software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, RUP). * Analyze and comprehend input documents (use cases, requirements, functional specifications). * Identify and document functional gaps in input documentation. * Build the test traceability matrix using advanced test scenario identification techniques. * Design test cases to validate project functionalities. * Execute test cases within project-defined cycles. * Report, document, and track detected defects until closure. * Propose improvements to functional testing processes when opportunities arise. * Generate and report project-specific test metrics. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Testing. * Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, RUP). * Analytical ability to understand functional and technical specifications. * Experience in designing test cases and test matrices. * Ability to identify and document defects and functional gaps. * Familiarity with test and defect management tools (Jira, ALM, Zephyr, TestLink, among others). **We Offer:** * 100% On-Payroll Employment Scheme * Statutory Benefits * Comprehensive Benefits Package * Professional Development Plan * Multicultural Collaboration We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
