




Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Sales Engineer to lead technical needs identification, propose solutions, and develop the commercial territory within manufacturing plants. Coordination with internal technical teams **Industrial Sales Engineer – Nuevo León** Our company is a national leader in the distribution of assembly tools, automation, MRO, and technical solutions for manufacturing plants. **Responsibilities:** · Visit industrial customers and maquiladoras · Identify technical needs and propose value-added solutions · Sell tools, industrial equipment, MRO, and PPE · Develop and grow the commercial territory · Prepare sales reports and monthly forecasts · Conduct technical presentations and on-site demonstrations · Track and close commercial opportunities · Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution implementation **Requirements:** · Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field) · Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales (equipment, tools, machinery, MRO, PPE) · Experience working with manufacturing plants or maquiladoras · Intermediate English (reading and writing) · Negotiation and presentation skills · Commercial mindset and results orientation **We Offer:** · Base salary: $25,000 monthly gross · Monthly commissions; guaranteed commissions of 20,000 gross for the first 6 months · Company-provided utility vehicle available 24/7, \+ gasoline TAG · Premium benefits: 100% IMSS coverage, medical expense insurance starting at the third month, 30-day year-end bonus, profit sharing, $1,000 birthday bonus, 10% food vouchers · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM · Work arrangement: Hybrid (90% fieldwork, 10% office) · Continuous technical training · Professional development within the industrial sector Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Major medical expense insurance * Company phone * Food vouchers Application question(s): * Please briefly describe your experience in selling consumables and indirect materials.
