We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **What's in it for you:** You will safely support rotor machining processes, ensuring product quality and delivering work on time and to specification. **What you will do:** * Expertise in high-precision machining processes (lathes, grinding, grinders, and CNC machining centers). * Knowledge of lathe and CNC machining center programming. * Proficiency in operating and manufacturing parts on CNC machining centers, lathes, and grinders. * In-depth knowledge of rotor machining processes. * Ability to troubleshoot process issues (strong understanding of both process and components). * Knowledge of machining fixture repair. * Knowledge of operational preventive maintenance for machines (lathes, grinding, grinders, and machining centers). * Release critical equipment processes. * Implement 5S in the work area. * Inspect and maintain tools and spare parts on machining equipment. * Manage team metrics (service orders, service time, closed orders, etc). **What you will bring:** * Technical degree and/or vocational education. * Knowledge of precision machining and CNC programming. * Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. * Familiarity with Okuma, Fanuc, and Siemens controls, cutting tools. * Knowledge of productive machining operations. * Availability to rotate shifts.
