Job Summary: Production Supervisor to manage resources, ensure quality, improve processes and products, and foster a safe working environment. Key Highlights: 1. Implement process and product improvements ADLER PELZER IS SEEKING: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR GENERAL OBJECTIVE Effectively manage resources to meet organizational objectives in the performance of duties. Thereby ensuring product quality and compliance with manufacturing requirements, implementing process and product improvements, and fostering a healthy and safe working environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate personnel incident reports. * Coordinate work during overtime shifts. * Develop production plans for each production line. * Transfer materials to their respective locations: WIP, PT, and Scrap. * Maintain control over material requirements and on the production line. * Verify the production plan (SAP) and ensure timely and accurate execution. * Continuously monitor SAP to track material inflows and outflows (COGIS). **REQUIREMENTS:** \-Minimum age of 25 years \-Education: Industrial Engineering or related field \-Intermediate English proficiency \-Knowledge of: * Quality and Environmental Management Systems (IATF, ISO standards) * ISO 14001 standard and Environmental Management System * Lean Manufacturing (SMED, TPM, JIT, Poka-Yoke, VSM, 5S) * Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 8D) * General CTPAT requirements and application \-Proven work experience **Interested candidates may submit their resume/application via this channel or visit ADLER PELZER GROUP:** Carr.
