Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** Supervise and coordinate production line activities, prepare work schedules, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as achievement of expected production levels. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct daily activities of production line personnel, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination among different teams, guaranteeing their safety, and monitoring their performance. * Execute the PDCA process and Lean Leadership tools such as Gemba, Standard Work Audits, PID, Problem Solving, among others. * Conduct RCCA analyses for underperforming metrics and Safety and Quality events. * Train new hires, manage schedules and labor conflicts, monitor safety, and promote internal communication to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * Track daily inventory, inspect production units for wear, and ensure timely replacements. **Education** * Completed (or currently pursuing, pending graduation) engineering degree; preferably in a field related to industrial processes. **Skills** **Problem Solving** * Uses logic and rigorous methods to solve complex problems with effective solutions; investigates all possible sources of information; identifies hidden problems; conducts honest and in-depth analysis; goes beyond the obvious and does not settle for the first answer. **Decision Making and Critical Thinking** * Makes sound decisions (without focusing on how long they take) based on a combination of analysis, experience, judgment, and good sense; most of their solutions and proposals prove correct and accurate over time; others consult them for guidance and solutions. **Effective Communication** * Communicates an attractive, inspiring vision or a clear sense of central purpose; thinks beyond the present and speaks about future possibilities; is optimistic; creates milestones and symbols to rally support toward the vision; ensures the vision is shared by all; can inspire and motivate entire teams or organizations.
