Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage national and international procurement of agricultural inputs, ensuring quality, cost optimization, and process efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in purchasing and procurement of agricultural raw materials. 2. Negotiation and development of national and international suppliers. 3. End-to-end inventory management and cost optimization in procurement. Organization founded in 1968, market leader in central and southern Mexico; we market and distribute agricultural inputs that preserve and enhance the quality of agricultural products. REQUIREMENTS: * Business Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting Bachelor’s Degree * Conversational technical English (70%) * Intermediate Excel * Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software * Experience with ASPEL SAE EXPERIENCE: * Procurement and supply processes * Knowledge of agricultural raw materials (desirable) * International procurement * Agrochemical formulations * Supplier development and relationship management * Cost analysis (taxes) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Request and track purchase orders for raw materials. * Liaise with national and international suppliers. * Negotiate delivery timelines. * Maintain optimal supply and inventory levels. * Coordinate deliveries with warehouse, production, and logistics. * Validate quality and specifications of purchased materials. * Track and resolve supplier-related incidents. * Control procurement costs and generate savings. * Monitor contracts and supplier compliance. * Ensure adherence to procurement processes.
