Hyundai is seeking: **Policy and Process Administration** Requirements: Bachelor’s degrees in economics and administration, industrial engineering, or related fields Experience in the automotive sector Responsibilities: Facilitate and monitor compliance with requirements for the distributor’s integrated certification. Measure, control, and analyze performance indicators across various departments (e.g., customer satisfaction, quality, etc.). Conduct time-and-motion studies aimed at improving processes (e.g., productivity, efficiency, cost, time, etc.). Identify improvement opportunities during internal process audits to assess compliance levels and propose continuous improvement plans.
