




Job Summary: Works on the assigned process, recording production data, resolving issues, and proposing improvements for safety, quality, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participates in process improvement and problem resolution. 2. Produces the product according to sequence and reports deviations. 3. Collaborates in training sessions and reports unsafe conditions. * Works on the process assigned by the Group Specialist or Process Engineer * Records hourly production data on the production board and completes process sheets as required. * Produces the product according to the production sequence and within the established time. If any deviation from the established time occurs, immediately reports it to the Group Specialist / Supervisor. * Resolves problems that can be resolved within the standard time. Records the problem and solution via the Process Engineer or documents it in a SISA, A3, How Fix, or EWO. * When a deviation occurs in the standardized work or work instruction, immediately pulls the Help Chain and reports it to the Process Specialist or Supervisor. * While the Help Chain responds, immediately begins working on the job task list. (The task list includes the time required to complete each task, operate, and work on the suggestion system.) If no further tasks remain on the task list, notifies the Group Specialist of availability. * Participates in problem-solving as directed by the Process Specialist. * Attends the Start-up Meeting (Toolbox Meeting) and other trainings assigned by the Group Specialist. Reports unsafe conditions, incidents, and accidents promptly across all EHS areas. * Proposes improvements to prevent or correct safety, quality, and productivity issues—such as cost savings, smoother processes, enhancements to safety or quality systems, etc.—through formal channels like SISAs or by pulling the Help Chain to review directly with the Group Specialist or Process Engineer. * Maintains operational controls for activities under responsibility. * Applies established formats within assigned responsibilities. * Institutional Induction, training related to identifying training needs for each certification associated with the process. * Safety, Quality, and Environmental training related to the process. * Adheres to rules and is capable of working with cycle times.
