Location: Parque Industrial Avante \#102 García, Nuevo León. ***Job Requirements:*** * Be a fourth-semester student or a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance programs. * Have interest in the automotive industry and desire to develop in the field of industrial maintenance, including processes such as automation and PLC. * Availability to travel for 3 to 4 weeks to Matamoros. * Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * No issues with commuting. ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Monitor preventive and corrective processes. * Repair failures and correct faults. ***Additional Benefits and Perks:*** * Vacation bonus of 25 % * Thirteenth-month bonus: 15 days in the first year. * IMSS/INFONAVIT. * Savings account / Savings fund: 3% contributed by employee, matched by employer. * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Payment method: One-week delayed payroll.
