We seek talent that shares our vision of operational excellence and contributes to strengthening the culture of precision and accountability that distinguishes us. **Purpose of the Position** The **Payroll Specialist** will be responsible for ensuring accurate personnel administration and regulatory compliance regarding labor and social security matters. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our internal processes and ensuring our operations adhere to the highest standards of compliance and efficiency. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll within industrial environments. * Proficiency in **IMSS, SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT**, and current labor legislation. * Experience with payroll systems (TRESS, Nomipaq, SAP, COI, or others). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality. * Alignment with organizational cultures focused on **discipline, continuous improvement, and compliance**. * **Preferred:** English B1–B2 (bilingual interview may be conducted) **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately manage employee **registrations, terminations, and modifications** with IMSS, adhering strictly to guidelines. * Prepare and submit **SUA reports**, **IDSE transactions**, and other employer obligations. * Execute the full **payroll cycle** (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) with emphasis on accuracy and control. * Manage payroll incidents: disabilities, leaves of absence, vacations, absences, and SDI adjustments. * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT**, and applicable regulations. * Generate internal reports for audits and corporate departments. * Provide clear and professional support to employees regarding payroll and social security matters. * Collaborate with internal departments to maintain aligned and efficient processes. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability within a growing global company.
