Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise real estate development projects, ensuring cross-departmental integration, risk management, and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Manages real estate development projects with a focus on PMI/PMBOK. 2. Leads multidisciplinary teams and negotiates with suppliers. 3. Controls the project lifecycle from planning through to closure. Junior Project Management Manager – Real Estate Development Essential Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering (graduated). * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in real estate or construction project management involving subcontracting. * PMP certification (mandatory; currently valid or in renewal process) Strong technical knowledge in: * Project management according to PMI/PMBOK * Creation and tracking of complex schedules * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, S-curves, variance analysis) * Tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Enkontrol (AutoCAD/CivilCAD is desirable) * Key skills: * Strategic and detailed planning * Negotiation with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments * Risk management and decision-making under pressure * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams * Effective communication (reports, presentations, and meetings) Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain an updated Project Master Plan (detailed execution schedule, milestones, dependencies, and overall S-curve of progress). * Continuously monitor adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; detect and report early deviations. * Coordinate integration across departments (design, technical management, cost control, construction, subcontractors), ensuring all deliverables are complete, aligned, and delivered on time. * Identify, analyze, and manage risks; keep the risk register updated and execute mitigation plans. * Administer change control (scope, schedule, budget) by evaluating impacts and approving documented adjustments. * Prepare and present clear, timely executive reports on progress, risks, pending items, and overall status. * Lead project closure: verify delivery of As\-Built drawings, final documentation, warranties, and prepare a lessons-learned report to improve future projects. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs, including one hour for lunch. * Saturdays, 8:00–11:00 hrs. **Compensation** * Gross monthly salary: $35,000 MXN.
